Tiptoe Nail Polish 307 Mystic Teal 10g

Colour application and coat control

This Tiptoe nail care is for a brush-on manicure. A tidy finish starts with the amount on the brush: remove excess against the bottle neck and leave a narrow gap around the cuticle. The first coat can look lighter than the bottle; additional thin coats give better control than one heavy application.

Product and option details

• Brand: Tiptoe
• Product type: Nail Care
• Option: 307 Mystic Teal
• Size / pack stated: 10g

Ingredients and their roles

• Butyl acetate: A solvent that keeps the polish workable for brushing and evaporates as the applied coat dries.
• Ethyl acetate: A solvent in the polish base that contributes to application consistency and the drying process.
• Nitrocellulose: A film-forming ingredient that helps create the coloured coating left on the nail after application.
• Acetyl tributyl citrate: A plasticising ingredient used to modify the flexibility of the dried polish film.
• Mica: A mineral ingredient that can contribute a reflective effect within the selected polish shade.
• Iron oxide pigments: Colour ingredients that contribute to this shade's pigment blend alongside the other listed colourants.

How to use

Use the built-in brush to apply 1-3 coats on nails to achieve your desired colour. To remove, wipe off residue with an acetone nail remover.

Apply to clean, dry nails. Work from the centre towards the sides with light pressure and allow each coat to dry before continuing. Avoid flooding the cuticle or repeatedly brushing partly dried colour. Keep the bottle closed between uses so the consistency is easier to maintain.

Frequently asked questions

How do I avoid streaks?

Use thin coats of this polish and let each layer dry before adding the next. Going back over a partly dried coat can drag the colour and leave an uneven surface.

Is the shade name enough to judge the colour?

Use the full shade name together with the product photographs. Screen settings and the number of coats affect how this polish appears, so the code is the most useful identifier when reordering.

How should I remove it?

Use a suitable nail-polish remover and follow its directions. Allow it time to soften the colour rather than scraping the nail surface to remove remaining polish.

Which option does this listing identify?

The listed option is 307 Mystic Teal. Match the complete option name when comparing Tiptoe products. A similar product name or neighbouring shade number does not establish the same colour, format or pack.

Which ingredients help identify the formula?

The ingredient declaration includes Butyl acetate, Ethyl acetate and Nitrocellulose. These are selected formula ingredients, not a separate treatment or a statement of concentration. Read the complete list below when checking the product against ingredients you already use.
