Tiptoe Mousse Tang Lip Matter 006 Quiet Scene Lip Tint

Tiptoe Mousse Tang Lip Matter 006 Quiet Scene is a nude beige lip tint built around one job: making your natural lip colour look intentional. The mousse texture goes on airy rather than heavy, and the ultra-slim tip means you're tracing the shape of your lips instead of fighting a chunky applicator. Quiet Scene reads warm-to-neutral, close to most people's own lip tone, which is why it works as an everyday colour rather than a statement one.

Why You'll Love It

• Blurs and evens out lip pigmentation instead of masking it completely, so the finish still looks like your lips
• Mousse formula sets to a soft matte that doesn't sit heavy or feel tacky
• Slim tip applicator draws a clean lip line first, then fills in without extra tools
• Layers without clumping, so you can build colour in thin passes rather than one thick coat
• Doubles as a lip liner underneath a gloss or balm on days you want more shine

Key Ingredients

• Dimethicone and Phenyl Trimethicone carry the pigment and give the mousse its light, blurring slip
• Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) helps guard against the drying feel that pigmented mattes can leave behind
• Silica and Silica Silylate soften the finish so it sets matte without turning flaky

How to Use

Start at the centre of the lips and use the slim tip to define the outer edge first. Fill inward with light, even strokes. For a soft gradient, press the applicator into the middle of the lips and pat outward with a fingertip rather than dragging the colour to the edges. One pass gives a sheer wash; two builds full coverage.

Suitable For

Any skin type. Good for anyone who wants a low-maintenance daily lip that holds through a working day, and for people who find heavier matte lipsticks too drying on the lips.

FAQ

Q: Is Quiet Scene a natural or a bold shade?
Ans: Natural. It's a warm-to-neutral nude beige designed to sit close to your own lip colour rather than stand out.

Q: Does this lip tint dry out your lips?
Ans: It sets to a soft matte rather than a chalky one, thanks to the mousse texture and Vitamin E in the formula, though we'd still recommend a balm underneath if your lips are already dry.

Q: Can I use it as a lip liner only?
Ans: Yes. The slim tip is precise enough to outline the lips on its own, then you can fill in with a gloss or balm instead of the full tint.

Q: How long does the colour last?
Ans: It's made to resist smudging and transfer through normal wear such as eating and drinking, though like any tint it will fade gradually over several hours.
