A softly diffused cheek colour

The pressed Blurry Puree Blush is designed for a soft edge rather than a sharply drawn stripe of colour. Pick up a little with a suitable brush, distribute it over the cheek and blend the boundary before adding more. The shade code in this listing is useful when choosing between the range's different colour stories; a name alone does not establish how it will look over every skin tone.

Placement and blending

This Tiptoe cheek colour lets you place colour or reflection where it complements the rest of your makeup. Start with a small amount on the intended area and blend the boundaries before building intensity. Check the result in natural light so the placement reads clearly without a hard edge.

How to use

Use the applicator tip to dot onto desired areas, then blend with fingers or a puff.

Choose a clean tool suited to the product's powder, cream or liquid texture. Use light pressure over an existing base so coverage underneath stays in place. Build one area at a time and compare both sides before adding more colour.

Formula and finish

• Vitamin E: An antioxidant and conditioning ingredient used within the formula; its presence does not establish a clinical treatment effect.
• Dimethicone: A silicone that adds slip and helps the product spread into a smooth, even-feeling layer.
• Butylene glycol: A solvent and humectant that helps distribute ingredients through the formula and contributes to moisture retention.
• Silica: A texture-modifying powder used to influence slip, absorption and the feel of the finished cosmetic.
• Polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate: An emulsifying and texture-supporting ingredient used in oil-rich cosmetic formulas to help their components work together.

Frequently asked questions

How can I make the blush look softly blended?

Keep the first layer light and soften the outside edge with a clean brush. Add depth nearer the centre of the placement only after checking both cheeks in natural light.

How can I avoid a strong edge?

Blend the boundary of this cheek colour with a clean tool before adding more product. Keeping less colour at the outside edge makes the finish easier to soften.

Should I apply it before or after my base?

Use this cheek colour in the order suited to its texture. Cream and liquid products generally blend most easily before a heavy powder layer; powder formats need a dry, evenly prepared surface.

Which option does this listing identify?

The listed option is #R02 1/2 Cup Chai Tea. Match the complete option name when comparing Tiptoe products. A similar product name or neighbouring shade number does not establish the same colour, format or pack.

Which ingredients help identify the formula?

The ingredient declaration includes Vitamin E, Dimethicone and Butylene glycol. These are selected formula ingredients, not a separate treatment or a statement of concentration. Read the complete list below when checking the product against ingredients you already use.
