AXIS-Y Daily Purifying Treatment Toner 200ml

AXIS-Y's Daily Purifying Treatment Toner pairs glycolic acid and salicylic acid with a long list of calming botanicals, centella asiatica, houttuynia cordata and panax ginseng among them, so the exfoliation and the calming happen in the same swipe instead of one step undoing what the last one did. It's made for daily use instead of an occasional treatment, for oily and combination skin dealing with congestion and rough texture.

Why You'll Love It

• Glycolic acid (AHA) and salicylic acid (BHA) work together to address texture and congestion.
• Centella asiatica and houttuynia cordata calm the skin alongside the exfoliating acids.
• Panax ginseng root extract and a wide botanical blend support overall skin comfort.
• Formulated for daily use as a treatment toner, more than an occasional exfoliant.

Key Ingredients

• Glycolic Acid & Salicylic Acid: an AHA and BHA pairing that targets texture, congestion and dullness.
• Centella Asiatica & Houttuynia Cordata Extract: calming extracts that support the skin alongside the acids.
• Panax Ginseng Root Extract: a traditional ingredient included among the toner's botanical blend.

About Brand

AXIS-Y builds this toner on its usual 6+1+1 approach, several calming botanicals, one main treatment ingredient, alongside a patented extract, instead of an acid toner with nothing to offset the exfoliation. Browse more AXIS-Y skincare at Enrapture Cosmetics.

FAQ

Q: Can I use this toner every day?
Ans: Yes, it's formulated for daily use, though those new to AHA/BHA toners may want to start every other day and build up.

Q: Do I need SPF after using this toner?
Ans: Yes, because it contains glycolic and salicylic acid, a daily SPF is essential as part of your morning routine.

Q: Is this toner suitable for sensitive skin?
Ans: The centella and houttuynia cordata content helps offset irritation, but sensitive skin should patch test and introduce it gradually given the AHA/BHA content.

Q: Does this toner contain fragrance?
Ans: The formula lists linalool, a component of the lavender oil included, instead of a separate fragrance ingredient.

Q: Can I use this toner with a separate exfoliating serum?
Ans: Since this toner already contains AHA and BHA, adding another strong exfoliant on the same day may increase the risk of irritation; consider alternating days instead.
