Espoir Pro Tailor Be Velvet Cushion No.21 Ivory

Espoir Be Velvet Cover Cushion is built for the opposite finish to a glow cushion: soft, blurred and semi-matte rather than dewy. Shade No.21 Ivory sits at the lighter end of the range, and the formula leans on silicones like cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone to create that velvet texture, with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide providing mineral sun protection as part of the base.

Why You'll Love It

• Gives a soft, semi-matte finish rather than shine, using a silicone-based texture built for shine control.
• Offers full, buildable coverage that can be layered with the puff without looking heavy or cakey.
• Includes mineral sun protection from titanium dioxide and zinc oxide in the formula itself.
• Applies smoothly thanks to the puff's soft, flexible texture made for even layering.

Key Ingredients

• Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide: mineral pigments that also provide sun protection built into the base.
• Cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone: silicones responsible for the smooth, velvety, shine-controlling finish.
• Glycerine: keeps the matte-leaning formula from feeling dry on the skin.

FAQ

Q: Is No.21 Ivory a light or medium shade?
Ans: No.21 Ivory sits toward the lighter end of the Espoir Be Velvet range. Checking swatches in daylight or a shade chart is the best way to confirm the match before buying.

Q: Will this cushion oxidise on the skin?
Ans: Cushion foundations can shift slightly with skin oil and pH over the day. Testing a small patch first is the best way to judge how it settles on your own skin tone.

Q: Can I use this over skincare with SPF already applied?
Ans: Yes, the cushion can go over an SPF moisturiser as normal. Its own titanium dioxide and zinc oxide content adds to, rather than replaces, dedicated sun protection.

Q: Does Espoir Pro Tailor Be Velvet Cushion No.21 Ivory work well for everyday wear?
Ans: Yes, it is formulated for regular use rather than only special occasions, and the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide in the formula is included specifically to hold up through a normal day.
