About this Product
Toner pads earn their spot in a routine when they do more than move liquid around. The Medi-Peel Phyto Cica-Nol Calming Pad 70ea gives each pad two working sides: an embossed texture that lifts dead cells and leftover residue from the T zone, and a smooth absorbent side that presses a centella rich essence into the skin. The soak itself carries madecassoside, asiaticoside and asiatic acid from centella, gluconolactone as a very gentle PHA, and ceramide NP to close the routine's first step with barrier support rather than a stripped feeling.
Why You'll Love It
- Two textures, two jobs. The embossed side sweeps the T zone clean, the soft side delivers calm hydration to cheeks and jaw.
- Centella compounds on board. Madecassoside, asiaticoside and asiatic acid work on redness while you prep the skin.
- Gentle PHA refinement. Gluconolactone smooths texture softly, without the sting of stronger acids.
Key Ingredients
- Centella Asiatica Extract: The calming core, backed by its named compounds madecassoside and asiaticoside.
- Gluconolactone: A polyhydroxy acid that refines gently, suitable even for sensitive skin.
- Ceramide NP: Reinforces the barrier so toning never feels like stripping.
- Sodium Hyaluronate and Trehalose: Humectants that leave skin plump and ready for serum.

How to Use
After cleansing, sweep the embossed side of one pad over the T zone and any congested areas. Flip to the smooth side and wipe the rest of the face, avoiding the eye and lip area. Press the leftover essence in with your palms. Use daily, morning or evening, and keep the lid sealed so the pads stay saturated.
Suitable For
Made for sensitive, redness prone and combination skin that wants daily gentle exfoliation without irritation. Oily skin will like the T zone sweep, dry skin the hydrating flip side.

FAQ
Q: Are the Phyto Cica-Nol Calming Pads exfoliating or hydrating?
Ans: Both, by design. Gluconolactone gives a very mild PHA exfoliation while the essence hydrates and calms with centella.
Q: Can I use them on active breakouts?
Ans: Yes, gently. Centella and madecassoside are favourites for irritated, blemish prone skin. Sweep lightly rather than scrubbing, and let the essence sit.
Q: Do these replace my toner?
Ans: For most routines, yes. They cleanse residue, tone and hydrate in one step, so you can go straight to serum afterwards.
Q: Are they safe with retinol?
Ans: Generally yes because the PHA is mild, but introduce them slowly. Use pads in the morning and retinol at night, and always keep up daily sunscreen.
Q: How do I stop the tub drying out?
Ans: Press the inner seal down after every use and keep the lid closed tight. Stored this way, the last pad is as wet as the first.
